• Recent 2 inch X 1.4 inch (45x35 mm) size photo with white background 2 Copy
• Invitation letter (if you have a guarantor) with explaining relations to the guarantor
• Return Air Ticket and Hotel Booking document during stay in Japan
• N.O.C / G.O / Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English & Letterhead Pad
• Visiting Card and NID
• Student ID Card OR Birth Certificate (if child travel with parent)
• Marriage Certificate (only for newly married couple)

Document certifying financial capabilities
(A) If the travel expenses are borne by applicants
      (i) Bank Statement last six months and Bank Solvency Certificate
      (ii) Tax-Income certificate (if any)
(B) If the travel expenses are borne by a guarantor living in Japan
      (i) Guarantee letter
      (ii) Tax certificate, Bank statement or Income certificate (any one)
      (iii) Citizen registration or certificate of foreigner registration and passport copy
